    I am well pleased with the App there is a lot that you can see and do. It can be a little trying at first. The more your look around the better it gets. I am just to the point that I don’t want to work a lot to figure things out. It is the age thing.
  • Good service, but overzealous

    Provides good service, but they do a little bit too much when it comes to verifying you. Not so bad if they don’t have an attitude, but it depends on who you talk to. At my local branch however, there’s a young woman that works there that always has an attitude, like you’re there to rob them or something…very annoying. We have quite a large CD invested with them and when the branch manager has heard her talk to us a couple times he has come out and said “I’ll take care of them.” Shouldn’t have to be the case, but apparently there’s something with their overall training that creates this weird vibe. I prefer online and over the phone dealing with them than in person.

  • Needs memos to display

    I often move money from one account to another to pay bills. When I do so I add a memo. Later (weeks or months) I review the transaction details to recall what it was for but cant. If the “memo” displayed in the transaction details this would be very helpful. It is the only thing keeping this from being a 5-Star app.

  • Handy

    Been using it for over a year. Handy app, but check deposit feature is still buggy. I routinely have to try several times before it accepts a deposit. And yes the photos are the same quality to my human eye every time, sometimes I just change the table
    surface color with different papers, so the algorithm is just super picky from check to check.

  • Awful since change

    I constantly have had problems w/ the bank & the app. I have had to watch my the account activity for all accounts due to errors, numerous errors. I believe they are using work from home inexperienced ,young ppl to fulfill the customer service department. You can’t hire ppl flippantly when dealing w/ customers hard earned money. I can’t ever get secure message responses that provide what I ask them for or need. The structure of the statements system has changed. The bank ignores follow up questions about loans. There, in my opinion, are underlying issues to explain the loan decisions & it existed, in my opinion & by experience when it was FKFCU. Did I say member service is awful & many of the employees don’t respect the FACT that no customers means NO JOBS!! Oh yeah, the app malfunctions a lot & always at the MOST inconvenient times.. I’m done as a customer after twenty years!!

  • Works OK but same issues for years

    I am a 35+ year credit union veteran with memberships at four different credit unions across the country. Between myself and my family we have multitudes of personal and business accounts across a broad range of products.

    I have brought multiple issues to the appropriate people, including board members, many times over the last 10 years that I’ve been a part of Abound credit Union. It literally took 10 years for them to get a PDF statement! And it still doesn’t know how to represent a withdrawal as a negative number, and a deposit as a positive number!

    They still don’t have commercial credit cards! I’ve spent days of my life writing feedback to help developers fix problems in their app. Mostly to no avail.

    So the app works if you don’t mind sucky apps but it’s definitely not the product one should expect from a billion dollar organization.

    To their credit, the frontline tellers, loan officers, admins, managers, etc. do their level best to represent their organization well within the policies they’ve been handed. Hats off to them! Mr. Springsteen, the president of the organization, has done a fine job of trying to herd the cats.

    But somewhere in the middle people aren’t listening.

    Honestly, they need a shake up and some old ex-govt butts need to be kicked out of seats - starting with the board.

  • Simple, easy, and smooth

    App works good and smoothly. Everything needed is in the app, and app does not look outdated like many others.

    I like being able to check my account daily. Works well and never seems to be down. The only thing I wish I could do easier is transfer funds to my husband’s account and vice versa.
  • Car bill pay through the app is to easy to pay

    Great app to pay my car bill.
