A great App
This app is like having a 24 hr bank teller. Giving us access to everything we need from our own accounts. From deposits & withdrawals to account history and printouts 24/7 day and night. Overall it’s a great app!Nappflhl;gt
Helpful but needs work
The site is helpful for checking on your accounts - savings, loan, and credit card. However, it took several days for a charge to show up on my account in the last week or so. Other than that, the site does help me keep track of my accounts.ok view

Appreciate it
I appreciate the ease of viewing my accounts and being able to do what I need to do. If I do get stumped, I am happy to know I can call and speak to a live person. My Family are members. I also love the protection service. It is a blessing. Been a member for 52 years and I sincerely have appreciated the service and products I have received throughout the years. Why does this exist?
My regret that I used abound for the purchase of a car. I have never experienced such a difficult company to communicate with. I like to make my payments in advance. This means that I am required to send my payment thru my bank, 8-10 days in advance because as it turns out, the payment has to be in the form of an actual check, sent by way of snail mail. I have visions of some poor tired soul, going thru the mail, the entire process is ridiculous.Show lessvietvet1369
It's useable but not intuitive
I can get the job done, but it sometimes takes a while to figure out how. Maybe the inherent required security protocols. Seems like it could be better and more user friendly.SirTroy
Good app BUT
This app would be better if I can see my full account number. Sometimes I need the number and i have to call or come into a branch to get it, that’s very annoying but other than that it’s a good app.Kari917

Seems to be doin fine……
Whenever I need to message anyone at the bank, using the app, it’s usually answered in a timely manner, and that’s convenient. The app itself, is pretty user friendly.
