Pain to use lately

Why do I have to keep deleting the app and restarting it????

It is constantly freezing up and just shows a white screen. Won’t even give me the option to sign in half the time. I end up having to go to the website and sighing in. I’ve called the bank about it several times. They act like it’s on my end. My cellular carrier can’t find a problem on my end. 😡
