One thing that could be helpful is if the location is written in the corner of the moments so you don’t have to keep moving to the map to see if it’s relevant to you.

Hi there, Depending on where you are in the US, we might not have data for your location. It's not up to us, and we rely on government space observatory to provide data closest to you. I'm trying to add new data when possible, but USA and Canada are a challenge and it's hard to provide real-time data for every locations. Cheers,

Hi there, 20 minutes is a pretty long time, are you talking about the "today" tab. Cached data should be every other minutes in this case. For other tabs "tomorrow", "next day" and "long term" these data can be cached from hours to days, because the upstream data is not refreshed often. I'm talking about the data that I get from the spatial agencies. I unfortunately can't provide data more regularly than what I get. Hi there! I don't "harvest data". I just require a simple login so it makes my life easier. Hi, Thank you for your feedback, let me explain my point of view on this, Aside from being an aurora forecast app, hello aurora is also a community of aurora enthusiasts where people can share their moments and interact with each other. By creating an account, you will have access to features such as the ability to post and share your own aurora photos, react to others' moments, and connect with other members of the community who share the same interest in aurora borealis. It was getting too hard for me to maintain the "no account" and "accounts" logic, I took the choice to simplify this. I only work on this app during my free time and I don't have too much time for it. Creating an account only required an email, password and a username, that's as little as I can do regarding the collected info. Hope you understand, Cheers,
