App is terrible
This app is not user friendly at all. The changes they’ve made this year make it difficult to find the schedule. Also very annoyed you can no longer cast to a tv from your phone.Alix229

Horrible app will not let me subscribe. Click the button and nothing. I can’t believe this is what MotoAmerica put out to market.

Slow & functions not working

App won’t work
Downloaded the update for the app and have no access to the more tab to select being able to watch over cell network. It automatically selects no in default. Have not been able to watch a single race yet. Tried removing app and redownloading an still no joy on my iPad. Works fine on my phone but who wants to watch on a cell screen.Show lessengzr33
What happened
This app was ok the new version is awful. Asks to change cellular data to stream even when it’s on and freezes when it works and then back to the data thing do betterxOOPSYx
Mediocre app
The app always seems to have trouble at critical moments. I don’t know if it’s a problem with the app or the production, but every broadcast has problems.stan921
Automatically spoils races
Very annoyed to once again buy a weekend pass, open the app and have the apps video player automatically play, showing the podium of one of the races. It’s happened every single round this season, the app says live which it’s not and plays the last minutes of a broadcast, the absolute worst part of a broadcast to play as it shows the podium and highlights like what’s the point. Devs, test your builds, how could this be overlooked for so long?!Show lessGuerrillaemail
Unusable
Nothing loads not even the sign in screen… apparently bug fixes happened with the last update so I gotta wonder how much was it before this?!Leo.sowers
Not user friendly
First gripe is that when you initially open the app it automatically starts playing some annoying commercial on repeat.
Secondly, comparing this app to MotoGP or F1 TV, it does not have a calendar for each event where you can go into NJMP for example and see what time practices/qualifying/races start for that weekend. I’d like to be able to set a reminder to get a notification when events are going to start.
There is a schedule, bath half the time it’s never updated and is different to what they post on social media.
The app just seems chaotic and unorganized. Put a little effort into making it more user friendly and easier to watch events and it will inspire users to actually want to do so. At this point, I hate dealing with the app and it doesn’t make me want to watch MotoAmerica.

Terrible App, Terrible Customer Service
The app is clunky and slow. The customer service is worse. Read the user agreement carefully, they will sign you up for repeated use of your credit card. They claim they’ll email you before they charge you however they use an email address that looks phony and ends up in your spam folder. Don’t trust MotoAmerica with your credit card! BTW, the racing hasn’t been good since the AMA.Show lessG-Baum
