App Not fit for purpose
I'm personally having a terrible experience with the app can't get past selecting what I want doing before I get told there's no one available to carry out the service ( ladies cut and finish) before I can even select a date and time.
Not inclusive of all branches!
Does not have my salon so unable to use, I have tried three times to use this app in the past 18 months & am disappointed that my branch of Saks has not been added at any point!

Love having an app to make my bookings now! I do everything online and this makes things so much easier, plus it logs all my info and appointments.
