Overcharging without authorization
Communication is horrible. Nobody ever gets back to your email. When you call the phone to talk to somebody, there’s nobody to talk to. It will tell you refer back to the email that nobody ever respond to. I was overcharged for the whole year twice. I’m asking for a refund of the extra charge and nobody ever return your Email. So easy to use
I helped create InspectIT and unfortunately our product was decided to no longer be supported so I had to find another one for my business. I do heavy customization on my report templates and Rusty has been very responsive when something needs attention. I did the free trail software on just about every inspection software I could find. EZ home inspection is hands down the best one. The extensive library that they have along with the EZ of making reports.above all inspection
