Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We apologize for the trouble that you have experienced. We haven't had applications open for new advisors on Keen for a few years. We had a very short temporary opening for new applications recently but they have since closed. We do hope to open applications again in the future, although we don't have an exact timeframe at the moment. Used to have an iPad specific app

As it turns out, Keen has never offered a landscape version of our advisor app. You may have been using our mobile website on your iPad to display a landscape view. With that said, this is a great suggestion and we will add it to our list of feature recommendations to consider in the future. Have a nice day!
It does what it needs to do
I just changed my status to offline about 45 minutes ago, received a client chat request despite my online status.
This seems to be a common complaint BUT I do love the idea of the app and hope improvements keep happening.
