Fraud .
The check that you guys sent my bank said it was fraud .. I'm not sure what's going on . But I want to get paid for the work I have done .
You guys keep trying to do direct deposit and it keeps getting rejected. I need to speak to someone ..

If I could suggest something to added: a ping for every new message as the conversation is happening. There should be a setting to turn it off for those who don’t want the ping, but as someone who is always on their phone, I sometimes look away from the conversation and always have to look back to see if my client replied. Or I get slightly distracted by outside noises and constantly have to look back and forth. If there was ping in the conversation it would be easier for me to know when I’ve been replied to and not make me so anxious that I have to keep my eyes glued to the phone for 10-20 minutes.

Great app but
I also wish we were able to edit our bids from the app as well.
Other then that it’s great!
Update:
As an advisor I have noticed such a major increase in my revenue due to the app being highly convenient! The custom sound is great!
I am just concerned I have missed calls because the app would sign me in when I signed out, I am worried about my advisor account and would hate if something were to happen to it.

You should have now a custom sound, same ones as the ones on the web, in addition to a subtle sound when you are set offline, so you are aware of it. We will add your idea and prioritize it. We have so many exciting features coming up this year, thanks to all advisors feedback.
