Horrible RNG
Title explains it all. The game forces you to use redeals which you only get a limited amount from. You can only discard 1 card at a time which is dumb and you get hit constantly as most creatures attack in 2 turns but the cards you roll are garbage most of the time unless you redeal. They should allow you to discard a card by doing a single card damage or at least allow us to us 4,5,6 but not same suit to give us a chance. If you can only do a run or set you basically are trying to match 3 cards out of 52. Chances aren’t low but not that great either when you have cards that crack or can get stolen. The game isn’t impossible but after a while it gets frustrating and the cards that deal give you no chance.Show lessProdigy542

This games is beautiful, I love the art. However, it’s difficult. Which isn’t necessarily a problem, but where it’s difficult because it’s based solely on luck is. There isn’t really a skill factor, or a way to grind your way into hitting harder. Id like to see a level up system, critical hit possibility, and being able to throw away more cards at once. That would take away a lot of the luck required to succeed in the game. I want to keep playing, but if I don’t see some sort of fix soon it’s going to have go into the rubbish bin.Show lessBradyymonster
Great game!
Great game. Smooth interface. Really fun. The only problem is the bad guys are way too cute and there is no way to level up characters that I have seen yet. Being able to level up characters will make the game even better but it shouldn’t change the way the game is. Great job!Cherik73
Update Made Game So Much Better!
When this app first came out, I was so excited to play, but found the difficulty so frustrating and disappointing since this game is so beautiful in every aspect. But the recent update has made the game much better! The game is a lot easier, but not to the point where it’s a cakewalk. The game can still be challenging, but I’m not stuck trying to do the same level three times in a row. I’m so glad that these issues were fixed, and I’m having so much fun with the game! One of those games where i saw the art and was lured in. The artists of this game really did a good job. The devs on the other hand not so much. As much as i want to love this game, at this stage is just another cash grab.
Like the previous reviews mentioned this game gives you very little rewards and makes you spend insane amounts of coins. I played this game for many hours to collect a bit over 800 gold. Then i lost a battle. A window popped up saying o have to pay 800 coins to keep going. Thats just crazy when you only get like 5-10 coins per battle. Another thing is the card draws. Its so dependent on luck that i lost interest after tha. Sometimes you can draw for 4-5 times without any luck and the enemies will damage you for a lot... so eventually i just deleted this game. It had a lot of potential. The 2D art and 3D art is really good tho.Show lessLinderfan

I really loved this game during the curated tutorial part. The art is beautiful. However, once the actual game started it became nearly impossible to play. The enemies are too powerful for the amount of health we have. I wish we could throw out more than one card at a time. The cost to redeal is too expensive compared to how much we earn. For a luck based game, there aren’t enough hearts for how many times it might take to beat a level. I want to like this game but I can’t at it’s current stage.Show lessspaceirate
Had so much potential
This game had such a good premise and so much potential to be incredibly fun, however, it is purely based on luck. I wouldn’t mind waiting the 2 1/2 hours for 5 lives to fully recharge, but it makes it harder to wait knowing that I’ll blow through my chances because the levels are based on luck giving you a decent hand. To pass a level, it takes at least 2-3 lives and the hands you do get seem suspiciously terrible. Terrible enough that it is almost absolutely necessary to redeal your hand, which usually means coins (which there isn’t a lot of). I’m keeping the game in hopes that an update will address these concerns. However, I’ll have to delete it if it continues to be more frustrating than fun. ☹️Show lessLina131

I really like the game so far but I feel like it takes patience to get through levels since a decent amount of luck is involved—I mostly choose to save my rerolls and just play the level again if I’m losing which usually takes up at least 2-3 games before I win. One thing I think would be nice is if power ups could stack up when you open gifts because I lost so many power ups just because I didn’t use the previous ones yet.Show lessgijopakq
Needs Tweaking; Avoid
Succinctly as possible, could be enjoyable but your hand “bricks” too often, and because you can only discard one card at a time, only have a pool of 3 cards to choose from, and have to use in game currency/money to refresh the pool, if you get a bad hand and then bad draws, you’re likely out of luck.
The developers mention changing the difficulty, however a simple damage/health number fix won’t change this problem; either the problem will persist or there won’t be a real challenge. A real solution will require restructuring the player’s abilities and their action economy, but fixes such as these are likely beyond the willingness of a free-to-play developer, especially when their monetization model is based on removing these obstacles. So while the idea of card game implementation into an otherwise standard free-to-play game is cool, I have doubts the game will be able or even will want to rise above its issues, and for that reason I’m out.Show lesswhydoineedanicknameforreviews

I would love this game if they didn’t try so hard to make you purchase coins. You get 2-5 coins per enemy you kill but yet need 100 for one re-deal. Your 4 hour prize only gives you small amounts of coins, 2-3 re-deals, and an extra attack (and god forbid you already have one because they don’t save or stack). It seems like the game has bad probability because I can go quite a few turns without having any moves at all and end up taking massive amounts of damage and if I somehow get lucky enough to make it through to the next set of enemies, I die in one turn because of all the damage from before AND the lack of cards for a move. I just downloaded this game so I’m still in early stages but if it continues like this, I’ll sadly have to remove it. I love the art style and gameplay. However, games should be able to be won without trying to force people to purchase things. Granted it should be harder but this is just ridiculous.Show lessYourface69
