  • Life changing app - would highly recommend!

    This programme has had such a positive impact on my life and I find myself referring to the things that I’ve learnt through the app every day without even having to really think about it - which is amazing.

    It has changed the way I think, I no longer let my thoughts consume me and it really has changed my life.

  • Almost there.

    This app has helped me sleep. There’s just something about her voice that works. It doesn’t have that repetitive new-agey music in the background either.
    I finished the 4-week program. Now I wonder if more programs are on the way. I hope.
    A glitch was the only issue. It went on for about a week, so I had to stop until it was fixed. Aside from that, it’s one of the best apps I’ve used for insomnia and anxiety. I look forward to further updates, or if not maybe a sister app.

    I can not recommend this app highly enough. I’ve tried several others and have given up fairly quickly, primarily because the speaker doesn’t capture me, doesn’t engage me and often their voice, quite frankly, irritates me. This wasn’t so, I was immediately engaged and felt I had some investment in whatever was said thereafter. This app has, quite simply, given me hope.
    Try it. It’s a game changer.

  • Life changing

    I can’t rate the app enough. I am someone who has struggled with poor sleep for years.
    I’ve explored acupuncture, individual hypnotherapy, medication and countless apps on my phone.

    The results of using this app has literally changed my entire outlook on sleep and the negative thoughts I had attached to it for so many years.
    I love that this app is designed for last thing at night and the focus is around being comfortable and giving yourself permission to tune in and relax.
    Never before have I fallen asleep to anything. With mindseeds, I have woken up with my ear plugs in my hand and that real achievement of ‘wow, I’ve actually drifted off’
    The words and voice are very relaxing and I’ve found myself actively looking forward to bed time.
    I am catching any negative thoughts and choosing not to be a passenger in the car with them.
    The change for me, has been huge.
    I am enjoying the mini pods to help with relaxing and resetting, now I have finished the 4 week programme.

  • Peaceful mind worth every penny

    I’ve done the 30 days twice now. I’m not new to hypnotherapy, but this is one of the best recordings and most impactful courses I’ve experienced. The process has helped me through an intense period of anxiety, we have had a close friend pass away.
    I’ve made notes, used the mini seeds, and revisited some of the recaps.
    Easy to use and very effective in helping me get to a calm state of mind. I love the simple way to look at thoughts. Highly recommend.

  • Amazing support for relaxation, self esteem and anxiety

    The hypnotherapist has such a melodic relaxing voice they are so easy to listen to. I found the life story background very inspiring. It’s good to know anxiety can be managed.

    This app makes hypnotherapy accessible - it doesn’t Cost a fortune and can be done from home.

    The exercises and positive affirmations were excellent and really struck a chord with me.

    I have recommended to several friends who have also reaped the benefits.

    What a great app. Perfect antidote to our always on lifestyles and faulty thinking patterns.

    Love it !

    Can’t recommend enough to anxiety sufferers and those who need to give themselves a break and realise they are enough.

  • The best app for mindfulness

    Love this app to the max!! It’s interface is really easy to use & looks great too... The 4 week journey is straightforward, super simple to follow & really bloody works!! I find the voiceover engaging & relaxing in equal measure... Can wait to use it more & get my brain thinking positive thoughts more & more... Thanks MindSeeds xxxxx

  • Sustaining healthy habits

    This app really appeals to me because it supports making long term change. I have used talking therapies before and an NHS CBT app, however have not yet come across something I can reliably use as a long term resource to boost my mental health.

    Having had long term difficulties with my mental health, I am always looking for ways to be in control of my own wellbeing rather than fire fighting should I come to a crisis.

    I am currently using Mind Seeds alongside medications and exercise.

    The good thing about it is it actually tackles the thoughts and emotions which can lead to negative self talk and subsequently relying on unhealthy coping mechanisms.

    Developing the habit of checking your thoughts, identifying your triggers and choosing to speak to yourself compassionately is something that can benefit absolutely anybody.

    I love the Mini Seeds function! An effective way to pull yourself through those panicky scary moments that appear out of the blue, enabling you to re centre yourself.

    Recommend this empowering app to anyone looking for sustainable positive change. It’s a gem!

  • A Great Help

    I have been struggling with depression for some years now on and off. I was told of this App by a friend, I have now completed week one and it’s really empowering and is aiding with my recovery. I look forward to each day with it becoming enjoyable along with life more itself, I would recommend this App to all struggling with anxiety and depression it’s brilliant 😊.

  • Great mindfulness app easily accessible however limited your time

    I recently started a new job and am in quite a good place mentally right now. The thing is when most people are in a good place, they’re busy. I know personally anyway, some of my lowest times have been when I’ve been bored or had no direction or motivation. There is always a need to stop, make space and relax your mind, ESPECIALLY when you’re busy. It increases clarity, resets your thoughts and helps you take back control of them. Regular mindful activities are scientifically proven to make you more productive. This app has helped me take control of my thoughts and be at the top of my game in all aspects of my life. As a result I have been setting records at work in sales and generally been more focused, organised and energised. I couldn’t recommend this app more, no matter what stage of your life you are at. Most of us are controlled by our thoughts but this app helps you to take that control back and keep it that way. 10/10 rating!
