Support ignoring my refund request
Got the service a week ago. They charged me $800 on the first month because I needed to use the API. Subscription comes with credits that weren’t even enough for our company to do the debugging. After couple hours we got email that all our credits are gone and API blocked. We requested the refund because this is too expensive and no way it would work for us. Now they are ignoring our refund request. I used to use them a while back but not SEMrush company and product are useless and overpriced. Stay aways and look for a younger company and product that works! Scam!Show lessScoopNogg

Semrush now offers social media management tools but doesn’t offer a mobile app. You claim I can consolidate other tools into Semrush. But the free version of Buffer provides more value. Semrush is so awesome at everything else. This is just surprising.Dfwfighter
