Big downgrade from Ecobee

I’ve had a this app and the furnace/heat pump combo for a year now and I feel completely handcuffed.

Our previous furnace had an Ecobee with remote sensors and it and its app were significantly better.

I wouldn’t have bought a Diakin furnace if I knew how bad its app and physical controls are.

Energy reports arrive months behind. There are only basic controls in the app and the physical controller and they are laggy and do not provide adequate feedback. I’m fairly certain my furnace controller crashed because of a programming error that occurred on the leap day (feb 29th).
