im with wellcare medicare and they told me about this app because is part of the coverage and im a dialisis patient and i need someone to take me to my treatments. And it REALLY WORKS! Now the bad thing is if you schedule an appointment and then you cancel it for a reason, you're screwed. Dont know why it wont let me reschedule on a round trip nor a one way trip but other then that it helped me alot. Good app 😊👍🏻

Just Great
I just installed the app and entered my info. It immediately found me and confirmed a ride I have scheduled in a few days. So far I am very happy. Will update later.
No problems until recently
I have had great success with this app until recently. All of a sudden it won’t let me book anything. It gives me an error about being a bariatric patient. What does that have to do with anything? So now I have to call
Horrible app
I try to arrange transportation for a family member but since we are in different times zones it sets up the wrong times. If I use their time zone it switches to mine, when I try my time zone it switches to theirs. You should be able to select time zones.

Lousy registration and sign in for cell phone use. !!!!!

Unable to register and no contact info for help. The app should at minimum refer you back to Alivi customer service and better yet the app administrator. I do realize that this app has been only created recently and will gladly come back and change my review once it has been corrected.
