First off micheal doesn’t even know how to work the tablet which doesn’t make sense. He stops and takes 5 minutes to “fix” and “operate” the tablet. Second, he didn’t “arrive” on a client making me late and having to drive in the opposite direction (we’re in Rivera Beach and he drove all the way to Lake Worth when my drop off is in North Palm Beach) picking up another client. Third, he takes an unnecessary break at Publix for nothing. Somehow he’s looking at his paper and pouches our names wrong or calls us another clients name which again doesn’t make sense because you have it written down so how do we get called a whole other name? All of a sudden he doesn’t know how to work the tablet and get the map. He has to call and go through the process again wasting everyone’s time. Even the person on the call was like he can’t describe everything to him. I’m almost an hour late to school and he’s wasting 30 minutes going on. Then he’s going to try and blame the tablet because it’s the first day when it’s own fault that he didn’t “arrive” on the first drop off. Micheal Beresh needs to take accountability and not blame the tablet because he didn’t this and messed everything up.
