Buggy and slower overtime
Not sure how much traffic we are looking at this app but taking so long to load my wallet and buy passes. This is a paying feature of this app and shouldve been looked at. Sometimes I cant load the pass I paid for or the payment is not going throughschanjr
Glitching and crashing
I am able to purchase my passes on the app but they are not able to be scanned once purchased.
Once I tap on my pass, the barcode appears for milliseconds and then returns to the previous menu. When I tap on my pass again, I can see the ticket logo appear for a few seconds and then the app crashes.
The app is not proving to be useful for keeping mobile passes. Stick to the physical easy pass card for now. Hoping the mobile system/app will see significant improvements soon!Show lessT2BR
Doesn’t load profile/payment
I can’t use the app because it will not load the “add payment method” page. I can’t buy tickets because I can’t add payment. I also tried to create an account via the app for 2 days before it finally stopped giving a “server error” message. Finally was able to register and can’t add payment. Beyond frustrating. This app is trash.
Update: the ad payment finally loaded but the billing address drop down is all “Miami” -it errors out because you can’t add your billing address.
So, I repeat: this app is trash.Show lessTeacherappers
