  • Terrible

Pretty terrible app and interface. Tried to use this app to get from a city park to city hall. Pickup time 18 mins. Okay, that’s fine, I can stay busy for 15-20 mins. Then the app honks at you, letting you know its updated and now your ride is in 3 mins. Okay, drop everything go get ready for your ride. Oops, 12 mins now, no need to rush. No wait, 1 minute, get ready to watch the vehicle icon on the map go right past (2 blocks east) you. Now watch the vehicle icon drive away from you while the pickup time stays at 1 minute. Now it’s been 20 minutes since you requested a ride, the vehicle icon isn’t moving, it’s a mile away, it says pickup in 1 minute, when you know it’s at least 5 mins away.

Time to cancel your ride and delete this app. Worthless.

    Developer Response

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to rate and review. We're always working to improve our app and ensure we have enough cars for everyone, but sometimes we are unable to meet our original pick up estimate. We appreciate your patience in these times and hope you continue to consider Circuit. Thank you.
  • rude driver, ride is not free

When ordering the shuttle, it was shown 20 minutes, but it arrived only an hour later! I tracked the car using the app. At first it was not far from me, but then he went to the center and stood in one place for about half an hour. then started moving around in that area, and my waiting time was constantly increasing. Upon arrival, I asked the driver why it took so long not to pick me up. she replied that service was busy. I objected that this was no reason to neglect the client for an hour, and the application showed the service was normal, not busy. she replied that she didn’t like my questions, so she wouldn’t take me, and I needed to get off the shuttle. I refused to go out. She yelled at me for a while, but in the end she took me where I needed to. the previous time I was driving with her, she drove past my street. and in order to return, she began to turn around, creating an emergency situation. thank God, no one was speeding, the cars stopped and waited for her to complete the maneuver. the driver's name is Natalie
    Hollywood, FL
It’s not free here. $2 for the ride and minimum $2 tip

  • Amazing Idea, Needs Much Better Execution

The free shuttle idea is the reason this review is getting at least two stars. There are many caveats to this app technologically-wise. First, the ETA given to the customers is not accurate at all. I requested a ride once which said the ETA was 18 minutes, in reality, I waited for around 35 minutes to have the ride CANCELLED at the end. It would be nice to implement the path the shuttle car will take before getting to you, as well as how many stops it will make before getting to you. Envision the feature as the path that Uber Pool provides before a driver comes pick riders up. Second, there is absolutely no GPS guide for drivers to follow to get from one point to another. Drivers have to manually copy and paste the address from the app to a maps app, WHILE DRIVING. I do not see why this would not be a safety hazard for both drivers and riders if the driver needs to use their phone while driving. There really needs to be automated navigation with optimized pathing algorithm so drivers can get from one point to another faster. This can save SO MUCH more time and reduce the ETA I mentioned in the previous point. Overall, the idea is amazing, but the developers have a lot to improve on to improve the user experience for both drivers and riders.
