Unfortunately, you have to enter in everything manually. Location services should populate fields automatically, but they don’t. It’s just really user unfriendly.j diver

Impossible to use
You can’t find things that you recently submitted. The search function isn’t worth a crap. it is so user-friendly it’s shouldn’t be even be on the App Store.
You guys need to hire UI specialist or fire the one you have now because they are terriblePermitting made easy!

A lot to learn but worth it
It’s a lot to take in at first. Been so used to working downtown in the permit office. Now I don’t have to wait around anymore. It’s great. The more I use it the more I learn.Robggiff
