Unfortunately, you have to enter in everything manually. Location services should populate fields automatically, but they don’t. It’s just really user unfriendly.

MGO Connect is so helpful with keeping up with permits, applications, and inspections. It saves me so much time, which would have been spent making phone calls just for a simple inspection status. Love this app.

Impossible to use
You can’t find things that you recently submitted. The search function isn’t worth a crap. it is so user-friendly it’s shouldn’t be even be on the App Store.

Very happy with this app
A lot to learn but worth it
It’s a lot to take in at first. Been so used to working downtown in the permit office. Now I don’t have to wait around anymore. It’s great. The more I use it the more I learn.
