Great product, one question though: does it backup hidden photos?
Need Help…App crashes
Updated App on 7/4/22 and the app now crashes once I say; “Yes” to search for new photos.
App has never disappointed until now.

Very simple to use even for this old guy who is not tech savvy at all thank you so much for a product like this just need to check the sd card to see if I can view the video and pics on other devices like my pc. Will update when I get to it

I will be honest I just used this device because I could not understand the other ways of saving all my pictures on my apple phone this device is so easy and works so worth it to me.
