Nowhere near as good as its predecessor
1. Having multiple jobs open simultaneously is not easy to do
2. You always have to accept a job to work on it. Then if you try to back out of it to start work on another one, it doesn’t let you. If you unallocate and start another job then you lose all your notes in the first job
3. The keyboard doesn’t automatically start the sentence with a capital letter. Nitpicky I know but ServicePoint had it
4. When typing in notes, the next button is permanently obscured and you have to tap the tab at the top to move forward.
5. If you don’t start the clock at the beginning of the job, setting work time is very clunky
6. Constantly logging you out. Yes, it logs you back in automatically, but it’s logged me out in the middle of me closing jobs at times.
7. You can sort by suburb but you can’t actually see the suburb names in the list. Again, nitpicky, but ServicePoint you could see the suburb names. Seems a bit pointless being able to sort by a field and then not being able to see the field names in the list.
I will grant you that ServicePoint allowed you to cut corners at times. TicketPoint is far more rigid and I think that’s where it fails for me.
Just my 10c
