Gets old fast
After about a week, if you don’t pay you’re basically stuck collecting gold indefinitely for heroes that can’t be upgraded.
Too much waiting
It’s a really fun game, but after a day or two you end up just waiting doing nothing for ages. There needs to be a way to continue fighting for at least some reward, even if small.
Good game, but the same complaint as everyone else
Tons of fun yet it’s super p2w unless u wanna wait hours to get coins from your shops. multiple walls to be stuck on and can take a while of idle grinding coins to overcome
Starts great but…
Starts off fun and engaging but the pacing changes pretty dramatically. Obvious that they want you to spend money to continue.
Great structure, terrible development
I have been playing this game since launch and it has the ability to be a solid game that can have longevity but the developers aren’t working towards that. It has incredible pixel art and music, a solid gameplay system and cool collectible characters. The problem is it is INCREDIBLY pay to win. The developers continue to increase the pricing of everything in game destroying their own economy. The developers have said verbatim they “want to cater to the whales first”. I have seen multiple people quit due to this that were active players and part of the discord. Currently they do not take constructive feedback and their community managers are yes men. I don’t recommend getting this game until things change, I will change my rating if they do so.

Potential
Good game so far, just hope the devs continue to add more.
Dogwater
Can hardly get 4 or 5 levels lower in the sewers per week now, game feels stagnant and boring. Half the heroes of similar factions have zero synergy. Just stockpiling endless gold for weeks. Dragons are barely worth ever leveling up. Not fun in the slightest once you are a couple of weeks in.
Game fails to load
Game fails to load after the latest update.
Crashed
The app forced a mandatory update to continue playing. I updated it through the App Store and now the application won’t open without crashing. I am running the latest version of iOS and I can’t even get into the app.

Crashes every time it loads after updating but before that it’s a pretty fun game
