Used to be helpful. Now it’s a paper weight
This app WAS helpful and ran very smoothly. Good updates for schedules. NOW...it is the equivalent of an electronic paper weight.
PROBLEM after PROBLEM
ZERO support.
NO ONE to call for help.
I have been without the mobile version for my phone now a month.
I have sent them 2 emails asking for support help. I have received NOTHING. Crickets.
Why pay for an app if they won’t help. They get their money when you purchase yet when their product goes bad, NOTHING. Very frustrating.

When you need tech support because their app isn’t working properly they do not respond with acknowledgment of email sent. Still waiting for reserve lineup to be fixed. CrewBuddy is on top of all their issues.crickir

Very inconsistent
Sometimes everything works and it’s amazing....but most of the time something is broken like letting you view the reserve list. It just feels half baked!Stonermc2003
