Used to be helpful. Now it’s a paper weight
This app WAS helpful and ran very smoothly. Good updates for schedules. NOW...it is the equivalent of an electronic paper weight.

NO ONE to call for help.
I have been without the mobile version for my phone now a month.
I have sent them 2 emails asking for support help. I have received NOTHING. Crickets.
Why pay for an app if they won’t help. They get their money when you purchase yet when their product goes bad, NOTHING. Very frustrating.
Look to the other scheduling apps!

Support
When you need tech support because their app isn’t working properly they do not respond with acknowledgment of email sent. Still waiting for reserve lineup to be fixed. CrewBuddy is on top of all their issues.

App has been crashed for three days without an update.
Not Reliable
App crashes constantly. Reserve feature for SWA doesn’t load properly. Not worth the monthly price if you can’t count on it to work.
Very inconsistent
Sometimes everything works and it’s amazing....but most of the time something is broken like letting you view the reserve list. It just feels half baked!

App worked great until I updated to 1.10.3... now the app always crashes when I try to open it :-/

Great app when it works recently it stopped working with SkyWest logins. Will not let you log in.
