Hello, we enjoyed our rides today, one of our three scooters stopped working along the way and had to switch out to another scooter, which then we had problems with all three scooters along the way and had to switch out all three scooters with another three scooters since we were in a group. The one of the three scooters had broken brake light and the other one was making noise. Then at one point one of the scooters failed again and we had to switch one of them for a bike. It was nice but some of the scooters need maintenance. I think I will start using another competition app based scooter and see if my rides will be a little more convenient.

App is clumsy
Scooters are great but the app is very unintuitive, busy and clumsy. It often gets stuck in a loop between some special offer pop up and what you actually want to do.
