Ridiculous price

From $10 to $90 monthly? Ridiculous!!! Shameless, crook people without dignity. What a dirty way of doing business.

Overpriced

A great product, but the monthly subscription has jumped 900%. I would recommend finding alternative products given the cost hike

Thanks for your feedback. Pricing a product is not an exact science - there will always be some potential users who find the price to be too high. The vast majority of our users find the app to be an extremely good value. So we believe that many consider the purchase to be an investment that eventually pays for itself.

Horrible Update and Price Gouging

I am saddened to see the app was redesigned and a new version needed to be downloaded. Along with the new app is a significant increase in subscription prices.

For an app that touts itself as helping students and increases the prices like they did is a disservice. I hope there is a review and the prices and modified to prevent students from having to pay more money they don’t have.

Money grubbers

I have both a Windows desktop, and an iPad. For the Windows version, I can get a “discount”. When I inquired about a discount for the iPad version, I was told it was already discounted. How is that possible? It is the SAME price as the desktop BEFORE the discount.

When I pointed this out, I was told in not so polite, and very short terms, there were no discounts for the IOS app. Period.

So here I sit, debating whether to buy ANY of their products. I work in I/T, and deal with customers everyday. If I treated my customers this way, I’d soon be out of a job.

Hello! Thanks for your feedback. Sorry there is no opportunity to use a discount for IOS now.

This app is great. My one gripe..

It’s not expensive enough. I don’t think raising the prices 4 times has been enough. $90 a month is way too cheap for the heavy and selfless service you provide to the world.

Until the price is raised to $300 a month minimum I just can’t in good conscience give a 5 star review and will have to use other brain dump services.

Cheating

Purchased a year subscription on my MAC. They failed to advertise that the year subscription was only for my Mac and couldn’t be used on a Windows OS or even my iPhone. After purchasing the subscription I had to wait close to a week because of their own internal issues as my subscription wasn’t working on their application and now I found out I can’t use it even on my phone. Sad!

Hello! Each platform requires separated subscription.

$47/month seriously?? We are not buying this, too steep. Uninstalled. It’s called a daytime robery.

Not a bad app, too expensive

I rather take 5 minutes opening my MacBook and work in a free vce than paying $200ish per year for this app.
If the price was lower or one time payment I would consider it.
