It allows mobile techs to view, sign and complete their pending Work Orders while at customer sites, Techs can connect to the Micro Key Alarms Monitoring Station and Set Alarm System Test mode On/Off while executing repair, maintenance or Alarm System installations. Doesn’t work

Have uninstalled, reinstalled multiple times. Allows me to log in but pops up every time I do anything and says error undefined. Sometimes can see some of my stuff, others not. Using older app for now which has its own quirks and limitations but at least no straight up brokenness…. Hate that it won’t store a login, you have to log in every time you move networks. (Just about every time you arrive at a new job site)
