Doesn’t work

Have uninstalled, reinstalled multiple times. Allows me to log in but pops up every time I do anything and says error undefined. Sometimes can see some of my stuff, others not. Using older app for now which has its own quirks and limitations but at least no straight up brokenness…. Hate that it won’t store a login, you have to log in every time you move networks. (Just about every time you arrive at a new job site)

How do I see my pictures I took with the app after closing my ticket?

Awesome App for Service Departments

This is a great app for your service department to use daily and on-the-go! The feature set includes everything needed to complete service jobs and seamlessly connects to our database. The TechPro App has come a long way. If there ever is an issue, Micro Key is quick to address it!

Easy to use

I find the application easy to use and navigate to do my service tickets. Much better than using paper tickets. Best part is the service history and list of installed equipment. Makes the job much easier.

No worky

Always gives “invalid login: incompatible application and database release version (app 20201001 / DB:20190522)
Same for both my iPhone and Android tablet.

New update

The new update won’t allow myself or other techs to sign in. Help! ASAP

Download the .10 version. Three things have been added. 1. If you select the Hamburger in the upper right corner you will see. ForgetMe. After your select that you will be able to login with your Credentials again. In the nest version .11 we are going to disable the Biometrics feature until it is resolver. I am told that the biometrics does work on Android devices. 2. We added am about selection that will show you the version you are using. 3. Resolved the work order scrolling issue. Thanks for you support and feedback.

See response from last review. We are very sorry for the lockout. Our testing procedures have completely changed to minimize if not eliminate bugs like this getting out.
