  • Needs more features

    OK I really want to love this app but it's a hard cross between this and Traktivity.
    Here's a few things I would love to be able to do with penny that would make it truly #1.

    I want to be able to sync my Facebook contacts directly into penny.
    I want to be able to manually add customers and orders, not everyone who places an order with me does it on my website. I carry products on hand and sell those at vendor events and to local friends and family.
    I want to be able to choose if I am reaching out or following up with people and be able to record their responses. Penny doesn't currently give this option, it chooses for you if it is recorded as a reach out or follow up.

    So far these are the 3 main issues I've experienced during my first 24hrs. Would love to have these options available. Thank you.

  • Cool Concept, Incredibly Lacking

    The concept is cool, and I really want to love it, but it’s not there. The more I use it, the more I find that aspects either don’t really work for me as designed, or doesn’t make sense. For example, you create “content” for reaching out to your contacts, but you can only include EITHER a picture or a link. So you can include a picture of a product you’re selling, or the link for them to buy the product, not both… which doesn’t make sense for an app designed for people selling products.

    Will Isa Penny ever be comparable with iPad Pro in the Magic Keyboard. It works but is always in portrait.

  • Love the features of this app!

    Love everything this app does, and it’s by far the BEST CMS I’ve used by far. Simple and easy to use on both mobile and desktop.

    The reason why I have it 4 stars is simply because I’ve had it for 2 days now and have had to uninstall and reinstall it 2-3 times in order to log in. This is on MOBILE - haven’t had issues on computer but use my iPhone far more since i work my business on the go all the time. It Either gets stuck when you first open it, or it doesn’t show the task bars and won’t allow me to click on anything. If this gets fixed I will give it 10 stars!! 👍🏻

  • Overall best CRM for Rodan + Fields I’ve found

    I enrolled as a Rodan + Fields consultant in 2014 and I have gone through FIVE Customer Relationship Management systems!
    Each CRM left me feeling overwhelmed either because they had too much busy work or they just weren’t fun to engage with.
    Penny has streamlined my workload by more than half by having FB PM, text, and email available direct through the app.
    AND it pulls all of my Pulse back office data in as well so I can keep up with my team and customers all from one place.
    There are still a few features being worked out but the functionality overall is really good and for now, it is all FREE!
    Yep, I’m a convert!
    Best wishes to all of my fellow direct sales family out there. Whatever brand you rep, be a credit to our industry and lift the bar by being ethical, organized and professional!

    Been searching for a great app for years that lets me run my NM on the fly and this is it!
    It’s very intuitive and easy to use.

  • So far so good - has room for growth!

    I love this so far! I love that I can add a task and write a note on each individual task. I can search customers based on what they ordered. All my autoships are in one place and easy to see.
    One thing I would looove added is some type of calendar. I’d like to see future tasks I’ve set for myself as well as future events I’ll have. And can you have a place in the actual app for improvement recommendations? Thanks so much!

  • Love it!!

    This App makes looking after my customers so much easier! It gives you reminders for when orders are coming up and following up with previous orders.
    And i love that all their details phone/email is right there to click on and make contact with them! Its so easy and convenient and actually makes me better at customer care!

  • Best app for tracking your biz

    I’ve tried so many other apps/programs to help me stay organized in my business and this hands down is the BEST. I’ve never had an easier system to follow that makes keeping up with my customers and prospects part of my daily to-dos. I’m blown away how much this has helped me stay organized and on top of things. Highly recommend!
