  • Wow

This is the only game I’ve ever bought on my phone since the ads are a blower. This is the only time I’ve written a review too because the game is bomb. It’s challenging but you never want to stop trying! There are a few levels where you made it to the next checkpoint on your millionth attempt just by luck. And it feels so good when you cross the finish line! The characters look ugly af but creative and hilarious. You buy them with coins you earn from completing levels. Currently on level 80-something and I’m not bored in the slightest with it. Great game!!!!
  • Breath of Fresh Air!

This game feels like the older, fun games, like jetpack joyride and subway surfers, that i could sit there and play for hours. The characters look great and are very diverse with so many different customizations. The levels get harder and harder as you progress, although i’ve noticed some copy paste from other levels, but overall very fun. The ads, for some reason i feel like i should watch them because the devs put a lot of effort into the game and i want to repay them in a way. the ads are not every single level like the top chart free games nowadays and removing them was something i thought about but i still don’t mind watching them, not to mention only being 5 seconds long. Great game, greta designs, lots of fun! Thanks!
  • A Refreshing Throwback

This is one of the few games where I didn’t remove ads out of convenience, I removed them because I wanted to support a development team that earned my respect. This game feels like it was pulled straight out of the App Store of 8 years ago, before cheap cash grabs started overpopulating every category. It’s polished, the controls are satisfying, and the customization is fun to unlock without being required to appreciate the game. And best of all, the ads aren’t breaking up the action so often that I’m spending more time watching than playing. I’m looking forward to whatever these developers come up with next.
  • Read This

I have played this game for a pretty good amount, it’s nice because it does not take WiFi to play it like most games these days, I have everything unlocked in the game and I’m currently on level 810. (The highest I’ve seen out of all the reviews), the levels do have repeated sections but I try to learn new ways to play them, like learning how to run and jump farther and do some crazy stuff that I feel like most people do not get to experience because they haven’t tried to learn and they just give up, keep playing and try to learn new thing about the game. You may think you know everything about the game until you find out something random and different, like the flying glitch and how to make it happen.
P.S. if the developer is reading this please do not take out the flying glitch, I find it harmless yet intriguing.
  • Good time killer, could have been better

I’ve just completed level 100. First off, the fact that you can only control one stilt at a time is dumb, in a game called walk master, you would think there would be better controls for walking.

Another thing I’ve noticed is that a lot of obstacles get copy and pasted from one level to the next. It’s not done in a “oh it’s just similar with some stuff changed”. It is an exact copy and paste of the same objects in the same position as previous levels.

A quick tip for anyone that plays this: learn how to hop. If you bring one stilt in front of you in the air, then switch to the other stilt, you can use the jump feature to hop on one stilt. Getting good at it lets you hop completely over some obstacles, and in some cases, you can just hop as fast as you can across platforms and just get lucky enough to make it. Learning to do that will save you a lot of time with some of the more tedious levels.
  • Totally Addictive!!

I absolutely LOVE this game! I rarely give 5 stars but this game deserves 6! The devs went above and beyond on the graphics and every little detail, right down to the expression of the characters! I think it is so funny how the team (after you have earned enough coins to get a few different characters) throws the character up in the air in a joyful cheer after each stage is cleared. There are some of the neatest things in this game if you take the time to appreciate it! Also, there are ads but I really appreciate that they are not after each fail, or after each stage, they are random and spaced out. Please please don’t change that, when there is an ad every 30 seconds, people will leave immediately. Thank you so much!!!
  • More fun than it should be... Just one thing, however.

I love this game. It has no right being this much fun with a somewhat silly premise but it does really work. I spent the U.S.$2.99 for ad-free play and that’s where the 4 star, instead of 5, comes to play. One of the achievements is to own all of the characters. One can’t own all of them without unlocking them via coin accumulation. And with only 10 coins per trail, you’re going to have to watch some ads to do so. I’m further along than anyone I’ve come across with 360+ trails completed & every achievement finished. This is my only gripe. Otherwise, this game is a blast. Dear developers, please add some more Challenges- 13 isn’t enough ;) Otherwise, great job with a fantastic game!
  • Great game!

I’m not sure why, but I’ve been absolutely obsessed with this game for the past few weeks. I’ve just reached level 270, unlocked all of the characters, finished all of the challenges and nearly unlocked all of the accessories/customizations. This game is entertaining, can be challenging and most of all it was well designed. The graphics are fun and although I agree the characters are ugly, I think they are intended to be that way. I just wish there was some more things to unlock once you’ve hit the higher levels. I felt like once I hit 150 it just repeats itself. Now that I’ve reached 270, I’m not sure what else is left. Can’t complain too much, it’s a free app that kept me entertained! And I like that the ad placement isn’t obnoxious like most other free games. You can also use ads to collect coins and unlock features! Overall one of my favorite games!
  • Controls are frustratingly limited

The controls and physics start falling apart as the difficulty ramps up. You can only control one stilt at a time. You cannot shift the body weight of your character. You cannot switch to the other stilt if the situation needs it.

The game ends up being an exercise in trial-and-error, since it just comes down to figuring out the exact few places to plant your stilts as you walk. The stilts do not reliably grip the ground. Partway through, I found that the stilt I had just planted would constantly slip out from under me. There’s no way to adjust how much you “lift” your stilt up when you move it, and it will often clip on obstacles, requiring you to plan your approach carefully. Really, the game just falls apart once it introduces steep slopes and walking over physics-enabled crates and obstacles, which require incredible precision that the controls lack.
  • Super Fun!

I never write reviews but this game deserves one! This game has had me hooked from the second I started it. I would recommend this game to anyone because one, the adds are tolerable, and two the graphics are great considering it’s a free game. I like how the levels get harder as you go but aren’t impossible to complete. I like how they have side challenges that are difficult but boy does it feel good to complete them! I will say, however, that I can tell that they repeat levels frequently. I’m on level 156 and I’ve played a repeat level maybe 3 times. (Kinda annoying) but overall it’s a great game and I don’t see myself getting tired of it anytime soon!
