New Updates! • updated tab bar that now shows a back button (if backwards navigation is available) or other utility button when needed. The main reason for this change is to keep all actions/buttons in the bottom half of the screen for a better user experience - all actions should be in reach of a user’s thumb without needing to shift the phone in their hand • removed ‘Back’ button from the header on each screen in favor of using the new utility button in the tab bar • updated tab bar icons to show active/inactive states • in the photo walkaround screen, moved ‘Misc Photo’ and ‘Add Issue’ buttons into a floating action button to conserve screen space and consolidate actions together which will also future proof the screen for future action buttons if needed. Also, in the pictures preview, the scrolling content is now a carousel and the active item (which snaps to the center of the screen) can be deleted using the new trash can icon directly below the image • actions throughout the inspection screens have been moved to the bottom of the screen and have been converted to icon based buttons for ease of use and consistency throughout the app • updated bottom sheet for smoother animations, gesture control, and functionality (seen on Order Details and Route Edit/Creation screens). These screens also have 2 snap points - the initial snap point shows a condensed view of the info (this will show important info, time, estimated pay, action buttons, etc) and then the user can swipe up to show the full view and see the remaining content (other order details, route stops, etc) • headers have been added back to some screens and updated in others to use the same text size and weight for consistency throughout the app • added color to some screens to highlight important information such as estimated pay and order statuses (Late, Return, etc) • pressable areas have been updated to become translucent on touch rather than showing a sharp and dark background (pressables in the Inspection form have the old style - this will be updated in a future version) • removed the raised background from the questions lists in the Inspection screen in favor of a flat UI where the questions can use more screen space. Dividers have been added between questions to help define where each question starts and ends • added dynamic title on dashboard to greet the user based on time of day upon opening the app • added dividers/borders between content on some screens for better readability • added pinch-to-zoom functionality for the camera • updated carousels for smoother animations and gesture control on the dashboard, inspection image collection screen, and inspection image gallery bottom sheet ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Bug Fixes! • some buttons were only pressable on the text and not the entire space around the text • fixed overlay issues on camera screen that would block parts of buttons from being pressed (specifically the flash icon) • used theming to create consistent text fonts, weights, colors around the app • some screens used different versions of the camera. Now all screens use the same version • minor code cleanup and performance enhancements
