this app is so horrible makes me not even want to work with sandcastle. have to login over and over and it's always saying my password is incorrect (it's not)
Convoluted
Both this app and the website are a convoluted mess. I’m not sure why they even have an app as it redirects you to their website when trying to access most areas. They need to do some major upgrades to both. Not user friendly. There is no list of completed jobs that are pending approval so it’s hard to keep track. The menu options aren’t always all visible and therefore have to click numerous options to see if a certain one loads. Overall it needs to be cleaned up. As far as the company itself, I’m fairly new and haven’t received any payment yet. I had to contact support on my very first job for clarification and found the representative who responded to be condescending. Not a great start for a newbie. Jury still out.

The app isn’t worth using at all, it’s as if they don’t update it at all.
Most the time you can’t login to it as it will just say authentication error.
No Touch ID/Face ID, or ability to stay logged in/save user credentials.
