Not always consistent
The first few times I used GramSpacer I did get spaces between my sentences but then it seemed to be inconsistent and sometimes bunch everything up.Gggg233

This app works just as promised! I was frustrated for so long, taking advice from different websites. The advice worked sometimes but not for all line breaks. Nobody wants to read a caption without line breaks so this app is perfect!!”MuchoSpanish.com
An amazing app
Hello people, you have no idea how much I tried to get the spacing right for Instagram. Some tricks worked just okay, and others were pathetic (note app trick didn't work for me), then I came across this beautiful app, GramSpacer. Now app seems to be working. (Previously I had an issue, not sure what happened there).

-if I leave text in the app for too long (eg. overnight, with intention of posting in morning), when I return to the app the text has disappeared

I just learned about this app from a friend and its a lifesaver! I used this for spaces in my bio but I also use this for my IG posts when I need spaces in them and it always does any line breaks I need perfectly.Lanchick
DOES NOT WORK
ughhhhh don’t you hate spending money on something that does work ? yah, me too. don’t make my mistake. I’ve been trying for too long to get three words spaced correctly in my bio and lemme tell you, this app is NOT THE ONE. Will not work. Besides the fact that the “copy caption” button is close to completely covered from view by the text box so one has to hope that the sliver of blue can be reached by one’s thumb once a “copy caption” can be achieved be prepared for about four spaced lines on either side of what you’ve copied and you can’t edit them because ig then messes up all your spacing. On first download I was not having any luck with this app, then the dark mode iOS update came out and more issues came about! I left feedback in a review and through IG. The developer fixed all issues and after the latest update this app works perfect for me even in dark mode! 😃😃😃😃thetrick13

UPDATE: Dear developer, my apologies on being Instagram-challenged when I wrote my review below. I honestly never knew there was a Return key in Instagram. 😳
Turns out this is a useful little utility, albeit slightly clunky. The “Settings” button is misleading in that there are no really settings there, just contact and social media links, and policies. I’d recommend maybe a “…” instead of “Settings”. Also, when you click the curved-arrow button, I expected it to undo my typing because it looks like a “Back” or “Undo” button. Turns out, it launches Instagram, but the website, not the app. It’s a handy button but it should be clearer and open the app, if possible.

This app has no return key when I launch it, completely defeating the purpose of the app. Unless, I’m missing something, in which case how you’re supposed to add a line break is completely unclear.Show lessstephenesc

Hi stephenesc, Sorry for the confusion.. there is indeed a return key. If you open the keyboard in the app, simply go down to the bottom left of the keyboard.. press the button that says “123”, and the return key is at the bottom right of the keyboard. We modeled this after Instagram’s keyboard - I apologize for the confusion.
