Doesn’t work terrible
Does not work I lost 10k relying on this app. If I use my vpn nothing works and I can just easily uninstall this, this doesn’t help addicts.

Unable to access websites needed
I downloaded to block all online gambling websites and it worked for that. It also has blocked ALL websites you use to sign in in the air for connecting to the airlines website - as I am a flight attendant I cannot now not ever access any WiFi onboard any plane and even though I emailed in. They could not help. If you need to ever access WiFi on a flight ever again in your life do not recommend downloading.

Unfortunately Fails
Takes 60 seconds to install, takes about 3 seconds to uninstall. It’s obviously been created with the best intentions but completely fails unfortunately as doesn’t prevent uninstall, on iPhone at least anyway.
Terrible
I tried to register to use this application but was asked to pay for the app first, which I did, and did not get the opportunity to register. Thus, I wasn’t even able to log in to set anything up.

I have been trying all day to use this app it say I am protect but all I have to do is take my default settings off and then I can use the sites
It infects your network!
I installed on my phone and now every computer on the network I’m on can’t gamble. That’s fine for me, not fine for my coworkers during March Madness! This is insane! I can’t uninstall it too!
This should not be a paid subscription
I had high hopes for this app, especially as you require a paid subscription. What you are paying for is not what is advertised.
To install the app, it told me to go into settings and add a profile for gamban to be registered on my phone, which defeats the object because it’s basically showing you how to remove it before it’s even installed! Why do you need to pay for a subscription of this sort when it can be removed in settings? It defeats the point. I didn’t even know I could remove things this way until THIS APP SHOWED ME! Pointless
The only good thing is it appeared to block advertisements relating to gambling.
This app is not fit for purpose and needs A LOT of work for it to become to app it advertises. It does not “ban” anything.
Regardless of their responses “it’s to be used along side other methods to stop gambling” this should not be a paid subscription because there is nothing beneficial to pay for. It’s profiting off desperate gamblers and it’s quite sick. If the app actually blocked sites and you couldn’t remove it the same way you install it for a set period of time then I would say the subscription is viable. Until then, it’s nothing but a scam - a waste of money.

Great customer service
Great customer service and very quick to respond. The app is a great support tool and I found it useful before on my iPhone. I recently found myself needing it again but found I could uninstall it at anytime so I’ve marked down a star. I wish I could say I’m in a place to not try remove to gamble but for now I’m not. Customer service have advised it’s an iPhone update issue so nothing can be done. On your good days the app is amazing and encouraging. On your not so good days, it’s a pointless app to have as can remove (iPhone 12 mini iOS 16.2)

No good
Installed this and it did what it says on the tin, however, I had an urge, so literally just uninstalled it and I could access the websites again with no issue at all!
