No saving, App crashing, No accurate email to ask for support
I downloaded this excited to have an easier way to draw out a floor plan. The app will not let me finish scans, does not accurately go all the way from floor to ceiling with auto scan, crashes. Seems like a great idea if I could even save or render the plan. I tried to email the support, but the email is incorrect. No support or helpful manual instruction to be had. I would not bother to buy this. It just doesn’t work (and I actually paid for the premium for a month, sure glad I didn’t do the year)Show lessRm09!

Downloaded the app to measure house I wanted to purchase. The app did not work as advertised and measured square objects as off square objects. I tried multiple times to use and closed and reopened thinking something may be wrong but still had no luck. Also was charged more money for the stated subscription price before the three day trial period was up.

I couldn’t get this to work properly except in a perfectly square room. I tried the auto scan and the manual add, and it just wouldn’t recognize the walls in several rooms. Wish I hadn’t paid for a months subscription!itz._.neko

This app was one I wanted to like because it is less expensive unlike the way it looks when it is scanning but unfortunately the floorplans are not square and editing them to correct them is a bit of a nightmare. I have created a plan 1 week ago and now it asks for payment to view my data. That’s very unreasonable thus only 3.Din-_
Not quite there, keeps crashing
Good for a small room, but anything beyond a small office and it can’t manage, crashes a 14 Pro Max (just stops collecting data so you have to back out of the scan, and kill the app to be able to start again, whereupon it crashes again). Nice idea. Measured the same room twice, got different dimensions (7cm over 264), plus the volumes and areas are all in tiny amounts of sq mm and so on. I think my office is a bit bigger than 27mm3. Won’t let you save partial rooms, seems like it wants to close the room. So I can’t get a corner of a huge open plan office, for instance. Canceling before I get charged. I gave it a few hours of use, so this is not a five minute trial.Show lessNeilM68

Never got started. It kept interrupting, trying to sell other apps I hoped I could scan a floor plan like it shows in the App Store but never found out a way to do that. Like all all AI it gives no control nor offers menus to choose what to do. As far as I can see this they show a trailer of it operation but deliver something else. Welcome to your AI future. I installed the app and used it for the first time. I was able to scan one room only. I wanted to scan a complete office but it didn’t allow me. It kept on freezing the app and won’t let continue. I stopped the subscription for now till I know I can use it again.Mr Donald Don

The free demo was quite wanting
; I expected more from the app.
I suggest trying the free version on your phone, and let me know how impressed you are with the app.
Better yet, give it to your neighbor and ask him to try to measure his living room.
If somebody wants something will buy it, give me the full version for a week or three days whatever. I won’t buy the app based on….
