After numerous attempts to reinstall on a number of device the app still refuses to work.

Log in doesn’t work
When I try to log in, I enter my details but the Log in button stays shaded and doesn’t allow me to click it. It used to work from some parts of the app (albeit was temperamental) but now it refuses to work from any part of the app, no matter which way I go in. More generally, this app is really terrible (even when it did let me in) and isn’t a good first experience of Ikos resorts.Show lessWendHac
The most awful app
For a company which prides itself on excellence, this app really lets their brand down.It keeps erroring with “bad credentials” it’s not my username or password, not sure what’s wrong with it. You can view menus but can’t book any restaurants. Sort it out IkosMichJ2906
Slow App
This a a review for app not the resort (many people on here confused). But the APP is terrible. Super slow, annoying animated logo each time you change a page and have to log in each time. Please build a native app. Everything is premium but the app developers.tumbleweeds1979
Reset Password Glitch
App looks great and really useful. Unfortunately, I can’t use it properly as I need to rest my password. I’ve received the automated email but there isn’t a link to reset my password. No idea how to reset password to gain full access to the app. Can anyone help?Claire 135
Ikos Oceania
I would like to say that this Hotel is the best I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in quite a few around the world. The staff are second to none nothing is too much trouble. I recently stayed at Oceania and I left something in the safe. I rang the next day and spoke with Vangelis who was immediately on the case I received my item in 3 days what excellent service. Bravo to everyone who works at Ikos. I will certainly be staying at one of your Hotels in the future.Show lessTried too many micknsmed
