We had a great experience in every way, from the minute we arrived Rixos hospitality was one of the best we have had!
We would highly recommend this beautiful hotel which made our Dubrovnik visit very relaxing with all facilities needed. Hotel staff were very helpful, friendly, their recommendations were on point!

Awful hotel chain with an app that doesn’t actually work
If you try to use any of the services on this app, say, request cleaning or room service or lodge a complaint, nothing actually happens. No one actually looks at it. It’s completely pointless
But this is typical of the service we’ve received at Rixos. Shoddy and atrocious. I cannot understand how this hotel has a 5* rating. It is a mystery.
Don’t waste your time with this app and don’t stay at Rixos. The phones won’t work, house keeping will show up sporadically when they feel like it, any requests you make will be ignored, the facilities are creaking and often just broken, it’s just crap.Show lessHuge_J
