This hotel is amazing, staff all friendly, literally did not lift a finger. The entertainment was amazing food was out of this world , so much to choose from and all fresh. We have recommended this hotel to all family and friends and will be definitely coming back every year from now on , nothing will top this holiday in my opinion . First class ❤️

Our Dubrovnik stay was superb!
We had a great experience in every way, from the minute we arrived Rixos hospitality was one of the best we have had!
We would highly recommend this beautiful hotel which made our Dubrovnik visit very relaxing with all facilities needed. Hotel staff were very helpful, friendly, their recommendations were on point!

Awful hotel chain with an app that doesn’t actually work
If you try to use any of the services on this app, say, request cleaning or room service or lodge a complaint, nothing actually happens. No one actually looks at it. It’s completely pointless
But this is typical of the service we’ve received at Rixos. Shoddy and atrocious. I cannot understand how this hotel has a 5* rating. It is a mystery.
Don’t waste your time with this app and don’t stay at Rixos. The phones won’t work, house keeping will show up sporadically when they feel like it, any requests you make will be ignored, the facilities are creaking and often just broken, it’s just crap.

Magnificent
This hotel complex is nothing but spectacular, the rooms are beautifully comfortable, food is outstanding, entertainment out of this world and staff so helpful go out of there way to make the Rixos experience the best possible. Will recommend to families and friends. Suitable for all ages.
Loud Beat Music
It is inescapable- loud beat music all day round the pool. There are clients who prefer peace and quiet sometimes.

My wife and I cannot fault this amazing Hotel, it never fails to please and surprise, with its quirky architectural and furnishing surprises. Pleaseing and satisfying to the senses.
The far end of the beach, is both sandy and quite, the Mediterranean warm and inviting.
The food range and quality is incredible, I have found the staff very obliging and eager to supply me with necessary gluten free food
We hope to return in May, when the mountain rivers and falls will be flowing freely, enhancing even more, the amazing mountains and valleys near the Hotel

Great hotel, great rooms, great food, great entertainment, friendly staff.
So much has been great, the service in mornings, afternoon and evening in particular Mehmet who is always so helpful. Simmi in the Sports Bar, whose super friendly.
Deniz and Anna on the WhatsApp chat always on hand to answer any questions. Special thanks to Derya for helping with our room when we were having trouble with the noise, couldn’t ask for more from any of them.
We’ve been to another five star hotel in Belek and the food was not even in the same class as this

Enjoyed Aksam restaurant. Great ambiance and fantastic food.
Only gripe is with the Rixy kids club. My daughter was looking forward to going so we took her along but an hour later she wanted picking up.
When we picked her up she was visibly upset and when we asked her what was wrong she told us that the staff didn’t make her feel welcome, laughed at her name and didn’t want anything to do with her as she couldn’t speak any other language now. She doesn’t want to go back which is a shame as she was really looking forward to spending time in the kids club with all the activities. She is a super sociable child so to see her confidence knocked was upsetting.

Very easy UI, I have to say the virtual tour is amazing. I am so happy to see developers really hone to there craft of making an experience feel as if you are there already . The VR is well detailed. I recommend downloading this app.
