Worked great until it didn’t.
Not sure why, but now whenever I open it the screen goes black & does nothing… Before it worked fantastic! There’s no update needed either, hope they get it fixed soon!

I absolutely love this machine! I have had it for over a year and it never messes up! I don’t have to bend over a machine at a counter top! I do from my phone or other coworkers even the challenged ones can use this with no problems!

Prep made easy!
I absolutely love the PrepWizard. It’s so much easier than anything else I have used for work! We had an outdated machine. I believe it was the zebra printer. We had nothing but problems with that since day one we are so happy that all of our stores have now been switched over.

I love this app! I work at Papa John’s and as fast paced and busy as we stay, this app has made prep soooo much easier! Life is good!

Thank you for the machine. It works great. I use it for everything.
Only occasionally works
We’re on our third printer, and prepare to spend a couple hours per week on phone tech support just to keep labels printing. It uses a strange Bluetooth non-connection to print and it is buggy at best. Phone tech support is available but online is minimal.
Fast and easy
Is app save so much time because for instance, we have chips. There’s four boxes of chips that are bad for chips and cheese and then we have three other boxes that are for they need to make extra chips or for the bel- grandes so they’re seven total they would take me like 5 -10 minutes. For just those labels. Now I can do all labels for everything in the morning. Will take me like five minutes instead of 20 minutes
