Communication is critical so we’ve improved commenting on requests with a new design and better image loading and status changes We’ve also added internal commenting for service providers to better facilitate the communications necessary to resolve requests We included deep linking to requests so you can have direct access to issues in the app from shared links in emails or messages. Last but not least, we smashed a few bugs in viewing and navigating organizations in your area, updated the issue card UI, and made it easier to share issues with your neighbors

Description of Miami Lakes Connect

For those potholes, damaged street signs, and other local problems that need attention, the Miami Lakes Connect app makes reporting a problem easier than ever. This app uses GPS to recognize your location and gives you a menu of common quality-of-life conditions to select from. The app allows you to upload pictures or videos to accompany your request. The mobile app can also be used for a variety of other requests as well and then residents can track the status of reports they or other members of the community have submitted.
