Supposed to be a wifi signal STRENGTH meter, not just another wifi speed meter. Can’t expect people to buy this app if it can’t do what it’s title says it is supposed to do. Strength and speed are two different things. In case you app creators didn’t know.ftubes

Gets stuck on certain speed display so I’m sure it’s not accurate. Made some decisions based on false readings and wasted a lot of time.Peteraddison
Works well, gives lots of other info.
I have not yet found ANY app (including this one) that shows actual signal strength. The best they do is show a supposed “download speed”. The download speed shown on the Wifi Meter page does relate to signal strength shown by the bars at the top. But the speed shown is NOT the same as the speed shown on the app’s Speed Test page. **Don’t forget you MUST refresh the screen (top right of screen) every time you want a new reading. It doesn’t do it automatically!
I’m using iOS 12.5.7. Maybe that’s why it works for me.

Ad blocks whole screen

Utterly useless
Shows same wifi speed regardless of location. Including out in the street where there is no signal. As if the wifi meter were just a splash page. And yes, the streaming ads are maddening.odyssoma
