incorrect calculation
This app thinks I’m a Virgo rising even though I put in my correct birth time. Even tried to change to 24hr time. Still thinks I’m a Virgo rising. App looks great but this kind of makes it unusable.roygbiv420691111
Can’t get through app.
Can’t enjoy the app because it doesn’t list the city I was born in and it’s not like you can just type it out. Reading through their other replies to people with the same issues saying they resolved it but it’s literally not working for me atm. Do better!!ffffifififif

I purchased a synastry report and never received it. I was charged $20 but never received the report to my email. I wrote multiple times to the app trying to address the issue and have no received a response. Would love my money back but I think I was scammed.jazzyyfizzle
Can’t even upload place of birth
I couldn’t even get to use the app because the city I tried to input won’t even appear. It lists every nearby city when I put it in the search but mine just fails to come up with the right city in the right state. From what i saw from other people using the app it looks divine but my lack of even being able to experience it i have to give it this rating.Show lessSiarraM

App Will Not Open
Everytime I try to open the app it doesn’t work. I’ve tried opening it several days and multiple times. I’ve updated my phone and checked to see if the app needed an update. Please fix this soon.Izzy Paige
Unreliable app. App doesn’t even work properly.

Don’t get me wrong it has some pretty cool information, IF you can even get your information in their programming system.
My birthday doesn’t update correctly. It tweaks out so therefor half the time what I’m ready doesn’t even apply to me.
Secondly, they charge for a “comparability report”
WHICH I PAID FOR. The report they sent me had ALL inaccurate information concerning me and my partner, because the birthdays that were changed on the app (which were already wrong mind you) were SWITCHED in the report.
So irritating. I paid $18 for a report that I can’t even use. They are taking forever to get back to me.
Clearly they need to fix more bugs and get a better preforming software because this app, is just not it.Show lessTori Mone
