Sorry all my bros, I can't help it. I keep staying up at night to work on GymMath app this past few weeks. So now I can bring you GymMath v2.1!! Have you ever heard people telling you to slower your negatives and control your tempo? That is a sound advice, but ehm.. It's hard to count the seconds in your head while you're actually lifting. Worry not my bros, with this new feature you can just start the stopwatch and listen to the ticking sound or feel the vibration. So STOP reading and DOWNLOAD now!

Description of GymMath

Do you remember how hard Math is? And how it's even harder to do it when you're tired? Like when you're in the Gym, sweating profusely after your last sets, and still need to figure out how many plates you need to use so you can Bench 172 lbs next? If you're just like me (who got dizzy just by reading this example) then you need GymMath! (which is FREE by the way) Because with GymMath' Plate Calculator you can just input the weight you want to lift and it will automatically calculate it for you! You can switch back and forth between kg and lbs, you can change your bar weight, and you can even change or add any plates you want! And have I told you that it's FREE?! If you're not impressed and download it already (shame on you!) then I need to tell you that GymMath can also calculate your 1 Rep Max accurately! You can choose any of 4 "science backed" formula to get your 1RM (and other rep percentages). And YEAH, IT'S *F.R.E.E*!!! Now while you're happily waiting for the download to finish, I just want to give this little supposedly-written-in-tiny-font disclaimer info that I actually show ads in GymMath. **Heey, your brother needs to buy his Protein Shake** Lastly, in the off chance that you're still reading, hopefully already downloaded GymMath, here is the TLDR; version: Features: - Plates Calculator: Calculate weight plate you need - Customise your bar and plates - Rep Max Calculator: Estimate your 1 rep max and other weight percentages - Save your workouts and see the data in chart - Choose between 4 One RM formula - It's Free - Serve ads inside app

Reviews of GymMath

  • Almost Perfect 🤣

The only issue is the “Rate GymMath” section won’t bring you to the App Store. Lol.

It literally does everything you would want it to!
I can feel if I am having a bad few months. When my 1RM hours down, I can tell when I am not eating well or getting enough rest.

    Best fitness app by far.
  • FREE?!

Blown away this is so simple, comprehensive, and free - all without ads. Thank you for such a great tool!
  • 810lbs, 1 Rep Max!

Apparently if you can bench a 45lbs Olympic bar 35 times, your 1 Rep Max is 810 lbs! According to this calculator! Pretty impressive, but won’t be trying it any time soon!
