I can’t do anything with this app and I pay for VIP

How can I get help? I paid for the VIP subscription and for 2 days after the last update, nothing appears in the music section, nor the fonts, I am very disappointed and I cannot find a way to have technical support. I bought the application because I need to edit my videos. I appreciate a solution for this ASAP!!!

Is the music not showing? The font is not recognized? Sorry, the software is the music or fonts that the user needs to download to the device in advance. It is only cached by other software and cannot be recognized by the software. You need to download the favorite music or fonts to the device file It can be used by software in management

Scam app

I agree to pay $30 a year for pro. Now somehow it’s $45 a year. I’ve been using the pro functions for a month. Now all the sudden it’s $25 a month to get rid of the water mark and export in HD and use pro music? Are you kidding me?? that’s not what I agreed to, they can’t just change it on you like that, it’s a scam. I’m calling Apple for a full refund. The app also quits and doesn’t work, go elsewhere!

So i am wondering how i would save my project so that i can download it but from what i can tell i have to have a pro subscription and if thats the case to even save then download your work you might as well make it an app you buy but if I'm wrong i would appreciate someone correcting me and thank you for your time

You guys ripped me off , first of all you charged me 45 $ for a year which I didn’t want! And now I’m trying to us the app to upload a video and it won’t let me do it. I want my money back and I will be taking action

App no longer works after renewing

Every time I try to create a video and add music, it keeps asking to become a VIP and subscribe. I try to restore my subscription and it doesn’t work.

Not even going to try this app. I can not critque this because I of that. I will mention it is not free. And their free week trial is only three days. That says enough right there. Bye

Sorry for the bad experience. You can use some basic functions for free. If you want to use the features of the professional version, you can purchase a VIP or try it for free. Since the Apple Store will automatically renew the purchase, if you try the free trial, you need to cancel 24 hours before the end.
