HEAR ME OUT PLEASE !!!
1. I don’t see the point of forcing people to changing their passwords every 6 months. Please get rid of that ! I have accounts in the US and I never have to change my password every 6 months.
2. Please introduce face ID log in, it maks things much easier. I mean, even Instapay has face ID and it’s a shame that a big bank like CIB does not have this option for their customers.
Those two are my only complaints, for now. I like everything else MashaaAllah.Show lessExcellent customer service
I was outside the country and contacted the bank via email and they called and solved the problem on the same day. Thank you, CibA 5 year old can do better!!
An obsolete app where nothing works! Update after update and nothing is getting “updated”! Complete rubbish
