HEAR ME OUT PLEASE !!!
1. I don’t see the point of forcing people to changing their passwords every 6 months. Please get rid of that ! I have accounts in the US and I never have to change my password every 6 months.
2. Please introduce face ID log in, it maks things much easier. I mean, even Instapay has face ID and it’s a shame that a big bank like CIB does not have this option for their customers.
Those two are my only complaints, for now. I like everything else MashaaAllah.Show lesskaymoussa

I was outside the country and contacted the bank via email and they called and solved the problem on the same day. Thank you, CibSherifMatar

Hang up, very poor program
Hang up many times and i can not transfer money, give me error message, I contacted to technical support of CIB and they can’t solve the problem , really very bad application, not good and not easy, please do good programming for like professional banks !ayman.memo
FACE ID DOESN’T WORK!
This app does not use the face id recoginition.
I use the app constantly every day and everytime I need to enter all my credentials! The rep said that they do not use that feature. I either need to change my iphonr 13 or change my bank! Keep up CIB the world is changing..Sarah Shannon
