Botched App Update
The most recent app upgrade is a joke. I have not been able to log on to either iOS or android apps since August because the devs of CIB decided to put a limit on password length on both mobile apps, which is a really bad joke coming from Egypt’s “best bank”.
Been trying since to point out issue since but I cannot get past 1st line support who cannot respond with anything other than templates of “password reset” and “please share screenshot”. I feel sorry for the engineers who approved this app to deploy ...Show lessKa3ka
Poor to usability
Very bad registration interface
1-error alerts not show where is the wrong
2-if something wrong it’s delete every textbox
3-not accept password above 12 , but there is now any alert notify you that you wrote more than 12Hossam Mostafa
