Can’t even register
Wanted to check out the app but when I tried to register so I can enter it wouldn’t let me. Just seems like a broken app to me since you can’t get past the registration screen. So I would advise not buying anything related to this app since you can’t even register to get in.
Still Junk after two years
I cannot explain with words how frustrating this piece of junk application is to use.
It’s also gotten worse after two years, and it was almost impossible to use then and I simply cannot understand how an organization would go to so much trouble to create physical products and sell them yet don’t apply adequate resources to the application to make it even function.
The registration is process is broken so you can’t even log into the application at this point, so it looks like they’ve abandoned the product.

Issues with receiving verification codes
I’ve been unable to receiving verification codes to log into my account or to even create an account. I guess the $200 product I bought is just a $200 rock. 😠
