Issues with receiving verification codes
I’ve been unable to receiving verification codes to log into my account or to even create an account. I guess the $200 product I bought is just a $200 rock. 😠Alex5388

Tried to purchase seasonal card
I tried to purchase the seasonal card and the app never applied the features it said came with it,
I then deleted my account and days later the app decided to charge my apple account for it.
Now I have to pay Apple for this subscription in order to access my App Store and download apps again.BigEasyKitten

Tried to reach out to customer service several times, but they obviously did not understand. Product was non refundable, so total waste..iggysacks80
App is very difficult to navigate
The app is horrible, selecting the language does nothing. There are no instructions on how to add people and how to share your lock with specific people. The device itself is great but the App needs major workJoeski2011

Not user friendly. Does not work half the time. When it finally does there’s no rhyme or reason it just suddenly decides to work. App itself is mostly in Chinese and not easy to navigate.AlleyCatt18

QIUI APP
Received cellmate cage to use. Unable to use because cannot register on app. Get to the point of waiting for verification number. After multiple attempts over the last 30 minutes, none received. This is not a great way to begin. Anyone else had these difficulties?

Recent release breaks cell mate v3
The app keeps returning to the toy screen after connecting to the device with Bluetooth saying device mode changed reconnect. The thing is it was already set to connect using Bluetooth.Bto84
