Stuck
I’m stuck in my cage and cannot get out.
When I push lock / unlock in the app, it does nothing.
I have reached out to customer support and they will not respond. I’ve tried charging it, restarting my phone. Everything. I literally cannot get out of the cage.
If customer support does not fix this issue, they will have a lawsuit on their hands.Show lessCaged124
Using with the pro model
So far I’ve been testing the device and app for a day. So far I haven’t had any issues. In the past with version 2 device I had several issues. I will keep you updated in the coming days if I find any problemsrockin jhawk
Awful! Completely useless
Just when I didn’t think this app could get any worse it has gotten even worse. I can’t even login any longer because the verification process doesn’t work. Giving it 1 star is too much. I’ll never purchase another device from this awful company. You took a good concept and completely failed.snally68

Once you can work out how to use it, it does what’s needed. Plenty of ways to improve the app however.asmywimseytakesme
Terrible app
This app is not user friendly at all. It is super difficult to navigate through the menus and find the options and functions you are looking for. This app needs to be completely redone. It is beyond confusing.Lefty999abc
It works, barely.
The single most horrific app ever published. Half the features don’t work and are in bad english, the other half are in chinese only, so no way of knowing if they work or not. That said, the lock and more importantly unlock features do work, but you’ll fight with the app before getting everything right and consistently working. Do LOTS of testing before locking any body parts. On the other hand there is no other product out there like it.Show lessetzmach1
Will not install
This app will not allow me to register and complete the installation process. It gets hung up on the choose avatar every time and then it times out and I have to start all over. I have tried on multiple devices and get the same results. I would give zero stars if possible. I have a new device that can not be used without registering for the app to work. Borderline scam or developer team just asleep
Is someone from dev team going to fix this so that the money we pay for the devices actually work with the app? Or are we nearing scam territory? Because at this point not just I, but we, (all) have devices that are not working as advertised and agreed upon in user terms and conditions nor the basic requirements that are required/expected for the basic functionality of your app.Show lessChef Ryan Farquhar
A simpler version
Would it be possible for the developers to write a simplified version of the app that only sets time limits for connected chastity device and shows a simple count down timer till unlock is possible .Troll-tec
Completely failed
Seems this app has been entirely ignored and is totally dysfunctional. Highly disappointing considering the cost of the device. So not download this - a total waste of time and entirely disappointingajmrnz
