App is awful and so bizarre. Nothing documented. Nothing to help with basic issues. Glad when I finally figured out how to unlock, I did not attach bevasurvaccount info doesn’t work and I keep try to reset. Keep looking how to populate my “friend list” so I can “transfer authority”. I purchased this toy 8 months ago spending over $150 and cannot get it to work. Glad I did not put it on anyone as there would be no way to remove. It's a terrible waste of money snd stores should remove it from their catalogTerrible toy

I downloaded the app but can’t register. I put the country I live in and my phone number but all I get is failed to load. What a waste! Seems like a scam to me. Intermittent functionality
The concept of this control is great, however the app is glitchy and this greatly affects the experience for the user. The developers are still changing the code, trying to improve the look and use ability of the app, sometimes there are unintended consequences. This App is Frustrating
There are 150 reviews and 95% are one star. I downloaded it, registered had a profile but I couldn’t connect with my Domme. Now I can even log in. I can not create a new account. I can not do anything because the app won’t accept me, even when I try alternative numbers. This could be a great device if someone could figure out how to make the app workShow lessmat712
Terrible app
I’m beyond frustrated with this app. It’s beyond buggy and doesn’t work properly. You pay enough money for toys that only work with this app and you can’t even get the app running properly. Luckily I wasn’t wearing mine at the time, but it randomly logged me out of my account and won’t let me back in. Now my expensive toy is useless and unusable, I can’t access my account, and when I try recovering it by “forgot my password” or “phone number verification login” the app crashes. What a joke! After getting past the annoying registration screens and trying to add a device it crashes instantly when trying to pair a detected device.
