Worst buy ever
This app is a flipping joke, I had to search the internet on how to use it then the app I downloaded looks NOTHING like the ones in the video. I spent a couple hours trying to figure out how to unlock it cause it came locked, and I still haven’t figured it out. This whole thing is trash. Even if you select English, half the crap is still in Chinese. There is NO unlock button, none of this crap makes any sense!Show lessJoey246135
Don’t bother getting a cellmate
Their customer service is not very attentive and doesn’t respond back. I cannot figure out how to lock and unlock my device with the most recent update(thankfully it’s not locked on me). If you’re charging so much for the device then why isn’t the app just as quality?Robbery9548

Not Working as intended
Can’t update profile, partner can’t add me as keymaster, half text is is English, other half in Chinese. No instructions or info to find out how to operate new interface. Partner can’t find unlock button, is stuck in chastity. No contact available with designers.Chele6957
1 star is barely deserved
So much for an update. Many core functions no longer work. Timer in particular is now completely broken (worked before) and community function is non existent. Reluctant to try handing over control to a key master as simply can’t trust the app to work - this is its CORE FUNCTION and really needs an overhaul immediately.Show lessGareth_1971

Can’t even register my account
If you’re going to charge this much for a device, maybe make sure the software and supporting features work before you ever roll the first one off the line. It keeps telling me there is a formatting error with my cell phone? There can’t be - with or without the hyphens, it continues to say the same ridiculous “formatting error”. If only the piece of junk would have arrived busted like the software was busted when I downloaded it, then maybe I could get a refund!Show lessIndydroid
